As an important branch of management science and engineering,multi-attribute decisionmaking is widely used in the fields of social and economic management, such as investment project optimization, supplier ranking and economic benefit evaluation.Multi-attribute group decision-making refers to the process in which multiple evaluators choose a certain decisionmaking method to select the best alternatives according to multiple attributes. When dealing with the multi-attribute group decision-making problem in reality,it is difficult for the evaluator to express the evaluation information precisely because of the limitation of the evaluator's knowledge and the complexity of the decision-making problem. In order to better describe the global uncertainty, local uncertainty and fuzziness contained in the evaluation information, this paper uses the identification framework in evidence reasoning to describe the evaluation information, and proposes the corresponding decision-making model according to different identification framework to solve the multi-attribute group decision-making problem under different decision-making scenarios. In recent years, some scholars have carried out research on evidence reasoning method and the decision-making model is improving continuously, but there are still some problems. In this paper, three improved group decision-making methods are proposed according to the shortcomings of the existing models:(1)TOPSIS group decision method based on interval evidence reasoningScientific description of evaluation information is one of the key factors to improve the effectiveness of evidence reasoning. However, the existing TOPSIS decision-making method based on evidence-based reasoning can only describe the crisp level of evaluation information, without considering the local uncertainty, there is information distortion. In view of the above problems, this paper proposes the corresponding TOPSIS group decision-making model based on interval evidence reasoning.(2)TOPSIS group decision method based on Fuzzy evidence reasoningReasonable use of evidence importance and reliability can improve the effectiveness of evidence reasoning methods. However, the existing TOPSIS group decision-making method based on fuzzy evidence reasoning fails to take into account both the importance and reliability. When we only consider the importance,we have the disadvantage of neglecting the quality of information;when we only consider the reliability,we have the disadvantage of neglecting the importance of different evidences. In view of the above problems, the group decision-making model proposed in this paper considers both the importance and reliability.(3)TOPSIS group decision method based on fuzzy-interval evidence reasoningThe above two decision-making methods fail to take into account the local uncertainty and fuzziness. In view of the above problems, the group decision model involving both the local uncertainty and fuzziness are proposed.
