At present, competition among enterprises turns into the competition between supply chains slowly, in order to improve the performance of the entire supply chain, supply chain coordination between enterprises is particularly important. In a two-level supply chain, single vendor multi-buyer coordination problem is focused public attention on. Traditionally, it is assumed that the buyers are required to pay the full amount of the items at the moment the items are delivered to the buyers. However, this may not be true in reality. In practice, the supplier will offer the buyers a delayed payment period, or the trade credit period, in paying for the amount of purchasing cost. The delayed payment method may be regarded as an alternative to price discounts to induce larger orders.Through the coordination mechanisms for in-depth study of the relevant literature, we consider a coordinated single-vendor multi-buyer supply chain model by synchronizing ordering and production cycles with delayed payments in this paper. The synchronization is achieved by scheduling the actual delivery days of the buyers and coordinating themwith the vendor’s production cycle, in co-ordination mechanism, the buyer’s profits will be reduced. Using delayed payment to compensate the profits buyer losed. Establishing a single-vendor multi-buyer synchronized cycle model with delayed payment, the game equilibrium analysis and coordination mechanism for the distribution of profits is used to analysis the model.Specifically, the main proceed from the following aspects:(1) Building a single-vendor multi-buyersynchronized cycle modelwith delayed payment. First, build independent decision-making model for buyers and vendor; followed by a single-vendor multi-buyer synchronized cycle model; finally, deferred payment when considering the impact of interest income on the profit, building a single-vendor multi-buyersynchronized cycle modelwith delayed payment.(2) Using the game equilibriumto analysisthe model and coordination mechanisms to determine income distribution coefficient. On the basis of a single-vendor multi-buyer synchronization cycle model with delayed payment in game theory, construct cooperative game model and non-cooperative game model (including the seller-Stackelberg model and the buyer-Stackelberg model). The fuzzy range of income distribution coefficientisderived from revenue sharing mechanism; the concrete income distribution coefficient is gained from the Shapley value method coordination mechanism; asymmetric Nash equilibrium gains distribution coefficient including degree of satisfaction.(3) Numerical example forclassic literature data. Firstly, analyse and comparethe nature of both buyers and vendor independent decision-making model and the synchronized cycle modelwith delayed payment. Secondly, by the analysis of the nature of the cooperative game model and the non-cooperative game model knows the performance of cooperative game is better. Finally, using the coordination mechanisms to achieve Nash equilibrium, and gain the optimal income distribution coefficient. The proposed model enriches the research on the coordination of single-vendor multi-buyer, and provides supply chain coordination theory a certain supplement. That proposed model is more realistic and provides reference for decision-makers.
