The Application And Realization Of Multi-views Based On Product Bill Of Materials

In the modern enterprise, informationization has already been the basis of the competitiveness of firms themselves. As an integration platform, PDM realizes the integration of CAX and integrate of ERP system. While as a connector between a variety of integrated system in PDM, BOM realizes the seamless transfer and application of data information.This paper mainly introduces the theory and application research of BOM multiple review in industry, and combines the structure multi-view conversion model and application of data switching exchange product usually used in the data center of enterprises that is Catalyst 6500 switching exchange, to illuminate the exchange principle and mapping relation between multi-views, and then provides the data solution and application realization of a entire production life cycle. We will offer the data definition, organization and management concerning the entire production life cycle from the conceptual design to the termination of the cycle. And then, when making sure the correction, consistence and traceability of data, we will integrate the data conversation node of BOM into the system platform, and provide a living example of BOM that the auto configuration and switching among the different views of different departments, helping to use data more efficient and made decision more accuracy and faster, so that the quick share and precise transfer of data in the complete process.
