With the development of information technology, information technology is widely applied in human resources management. Sino-Platinum Co., Ltd. is the high-tech listing Corporation founded in the field of precious metal materials, and the essential information of human resources has not managed effectively and compositively. Because of the lacking of timely information terrace, human resources information had not be shared by staff. There were also traditional ways and the dispersed informatization ways to resolve the each processes of human resource, and that gave rise to the more costing of human resource management, and then the continuable development of enterprise could be harmed.To sum up, the actuality of human resource management and the strategic planning of enterprise developing of Sino-Platinum Co., Ltd. are discussed in dissertation, connecting with the advanced technology of computer and internet in current, by means of the science and technology plan project of Kunming “Human resource management system based on enterprise strategy”, developing the informatization human resource management system to achieve the requirement of enterprise, to realize the strategic objectives “scientization, systematize and fining” of Sino-Platinum Co., Ltd.In this dissertation, human resource management of Sino-Platinum Co., Ltd. is researched in details include business requirements of the human resource management in enterprise, the both of a model and a program of human resource management with excellent feasibility are established, in addition, the all aspects of the strategic thought of developing of the Sino-Platinum Co., Ltd. human resource management are covered by the function modules of the system. The language JAVA is used on the frame foundation of J2 EE in this system, combining technologies of EJB, XML, CORBA etc. and multilayer structure B/S are applied also, the GY-HRMIS system has been invented finally. This system can achieve the managing functions include ability and quality, performance management, organization planning, staff management, checking-in management, recruit and selecting, training and developing, design of remuneration, social security and welfare, statement inquiring, my working platform and etc. In this paper, quality testing is performed on the function, interface property and etc. of the GY-HRMIS system, as the conclusion, all the indicators have reached the system design requirements.The application of informatization in human resource management of the science and technology listing Corporation is discussed in dissertation, to achieve the targets include collecting, storing, analysis, inquiry, statistics, deciding and etc. of human resource information, and to achieve the targets of graphical and visual system, to satisfy the requirement of the specific users, the system possesses practicability and generalizability.
