With the development of globalization and informatization, survival and competition confronted by enterprises, which tend to be complicated and changeable, make the management of informatization necessary for the development of business administration. HRM (human resource management) being an important portion of business administration, its informatization construction is increasingly holding in esteem. In order to capture the leadership of informatization and talent so as to win the initiative in the future’s development, a host of domestic enterprises, one after another, commence introducing the system of HRM informatization. The management of HR informatization in China, which starts from scratch and grows from weak to strong, has exerted profound influence on HRM and enterprises’sustainable development.To face up challenges and find a way to grow, the Telecom branches in JZ, China, also begin to explore the reform of the management of human resources imformatization (hereinafter referred to as HRIM). Judging from the current situation, it is far from expectation.This research first concludes and elaborates the management theory on HRIM and then applies SWOT model to fully analyze interior advantages and disadvantages, exterior opportunities and threats on the construction of informatization of HR. On the basis of detailedly understanding of the environment both outside and inside which decides to some extent the reform of the Telecom enterprises, survey and interviews on the spot, this essay analyzed the current situation in HRIM in JZ branches and found the major problems. Combined with theory study and analysis of the present situation, the essay comes up with corresponding improvement measures and advices.The characteristics of this research supported by sufficient background theory analysis and detailed and credible investigated statistics, emphasizes the analysis of ambient condition in the course of the implementation of HRIM and the exploration of practical problems. Although the research did not make deep research on technique of implementing informatized construction, its thought, approaches and matters needing attention will be of great value to the establishment of projecting HRIM macroscopically.The research aims at offering the braches guidance for HRM in the later period and providing reference for those who are embarking on the reform of HRIM.
