In the 20th century, China’s real estate industry has developed in an unprecedented speed and the real estate market gradually expands. From 2009, China’s economy gradually gets rid of the impact of the financial crisis, and China’s GDP growth target that maintains at the rate of 8% achieved. In this macro-economic situation, China’s real estate industry also reaches a new growth height which the country real estate market trading volume and price are restored to the 2007 level.Any investment projects bound to take some risks when they enjoy the benefits. The risk of huge real estate development projects especially fixity, the large-scale investment, long development cycle, the development of the poor conditions and harsh environment, the complexity of the procedure of the development process, involving a wide range, it faces the risk of space, It’s necessary to strengthen the risk management of real estate development projects. Real estate risk management only accurate measure of project risks, and to ensure that in evidence-based risk prediction, prevention, and control to develop risk management strategies.In this paper, the Agile Guangzhou Science City project for the study, to measure the risk of the project.0 chapter 6 Introduction and summary content outside the paper main body consists of five parts:In the first chapter, I analyzed the characteristics of the real estate project and risk metrics, and then combined with the characteristics of real estate project. I select the appropriate real estate project risk metrics, which provide a theoretical basis for subsequent empirical research.In the second chapter, I introduced the paper objects-Agile Guangzhou Science City project, including the project land,planning and design, product, duration and other aspects.In the third chapter and fourth chapter, I measured the risk of Guangzhou Science City project with Analytic Hierarchy Process. The results show that the biggest, the most important impact of the project risk are the material prices, high construction quality requirements, interference and other factors of the local people.
