Ultimately make H’s DC operations optimization process.By H company DC global operation practical data collection, data analysis, and practice experience, this article have done specialized optimization research in Event Management Process, Change management Process, Access Control Management Process, and IT Services etc. It has tried out in actual business and achieved our expectation. Through the Optimization research in DC Process, all information proves that business process build, development and optimization cannot be completed at one time, it must be a continuous improvements as always, then the process can be gradually mature. In other words, there won’t be a perfect process frame in the world,. To get business operation more efficient, and bring more benefit to Enterprise, process need to be kept long-term Optimization and improvement.This study has strong pertinence with combination of H Company DC operations and global development strategy to research the DC operation process support system; it has strong foreseeing for considering H’s current IT processes support system, future development in DC operations change. Meanwhile, DC IT service management process optimization ideas, methods and process will have great affection in domestic large and medium DC IT services. My research also can be used as reference for large and Medium DC IT services, and will help Enterprise to improve its IT service.
