With the development of society and the improvement of human’ living standard, the life demand of consumers is changing. When consumers have enough to pay for life’s basics, they will pursuit a quality life or even higher. The rapid development of the Internet, especially the mobile internet has made it possible for people to enjoy a better life. Life service will be the first section to implement the O2 O mode, because life service is close to the consumer under the Internet, and the most innovative ability is the quality life service for higher level consumers.Based on the investigation of the Internet and mobile Internet status,the paper mainly focuses on consumer behavior analysis, O2 O Mode and platform strategy business model in revolution. I–LIFE(A virtual photography and video services company in the paper) discusses the design and operation of the service platform.Firstly, with the help of Maslow Model, the paper developed the consumer life’s hierarchy of needs. With the development of internet and Mobile Internet, consumption type needs to change, includes logistics mode, payment method, service mode and so on. Secondly, the quality life service, I-LIFE, environment is analyzed using SWOT strategic mode. Then, the O2 O mode and platform strategy is stated, and the operating time to the platform is discussed. Platform model will break the existing service industry chain. Finally, the design and operation of the service platform of quality life is analyzed using the case analysis method. With the support of these theories the service transport procedure of quality life service platform is analyzed and designed.
