In the current buyer’s market environment, customer demand tends to be more diversity, personalized, which speeds up the pace of product innovation, greatly shortens the product life cycle. Such changes of the way of market competition lead manufacturing enterprises to take more frequency, small batch production mode. Customer satisfaction becomes the multitudinous enterprise production and operation, at the same time, the manufacturing flexibility, has been described as the ability to cope with environmental changes and uncertainty, also get more attention from enterprises gradually, especially in the field of manufacturing. The emergence of flexible manufacturing system takes the concept of flexible use into actual production. Our country is the world’s largest container manufacturer, now all of the world’s container manufacturing plants with production capacity are located in the domestic. Container manufacturing industry is closely combined with the global economic situation, under the influence of international trade. In the face of fierce competition, change and uncertainty of the complicated market environment, only the rich-flexibility cooler container manufacturing enterprises could gain more customer satisfaction, and take more market share. M company is a world famous cooler container maker, after 15 years of development, in the freezer, have been keeping a 20%-25% of the market share. Although it stands in a hierarchical level in the market, the lack of flexibility of its manufacturing system, it still needs to build a flexible manufacturing system based on customer satisfaction to obtain a long and healthy development.Paper analyses the characteristics of container manufacturing and market demand of the cooler conditions, this paper introduces the basic situation of M company, combined with the kano customer satisfaction model, flexible, and the relationship between customer satisfaction factors and related theory, the formation of the theory and method of reasonable and appropriate research premise, and through the methods of on-the-spot investigation, telephone visit of M company, on the basis of collecting a large number of data, through literature research, systems analysis, case analysis and other methods, the M company has carried on the comprehensive thorough analysis of manufacturing systems, including customer satisfaction factors, flexible, flexible manufacturing system, raw material suppliers, manufacturing research and development of four aspects, for the purpose of customer satisfaction analysis is to identify the advantage in the insufficiency of M company in terms of customer satisfaction, while the other three aspects are M enterprises the main aspects of flexible manufacturing system, analyzes the three aspects of the purpose is to judge these aspects of flexible and rigid and deficiencies, and then the theory premise and the basis of the analysis of M company, put forward the pertinence of the flexible manufacturing system based on customer satisfaction, and to use the system to ensure all aspects of the respectively expounded.Based on the research in the process of innovation to customer satisfaction model, flexible and relation model of customer satisfaction factors, it puts forward the theory based on the reasonable and applicable research, and application of these theories to the analysis of M company, not only proved to be of the practicability and validity of the theory, also puts forward M flexible manufacturing system based on customer satisfaction and the specific measures. It has a common applicability, most of the same type manufacturing enterprises has the reference significance to the construction of a flexible manufacturing system.
