The development and application of new technologies have promoted the revolution in the concept of manufacturing development.The concept of customer-oriented production obliges manufacturing enterprises to transform so that they can respond effectively to changing demands of market.As an advanced production model,the flexible manufacturing cell can meet the customer's personalized and diversified needs.Production scheduling is an important part in the implementation of flexible manufacturing cell.The degree of customer satisfaction with the scheduling results is directly related to the production efficiency and economic benefits of the enterprise.In actual production,many uncertain factors such as the arrival of urgent orders often lead to the infeasibility of the initial scheduling of flexible manufacturing cell.At this time,the enterprise needs to readjust the initial plan to reduce the impact of uncertain events on the flexible manufacturing cell.The existing studies on rescheduling is mostly based on the physical and financial resources of the production system,and ignores the random event's disturbance to the customer's behavior,resulting in the search for optimal solutions that deviate from the actual needs of the company.Therefore,this paper studies two issues of the establishment of customer satisfaction model in production scheduling and the formulation of the rescheduling plan that incorporates the disruption management method to make the flexible manufacturing cell rescheduling process more in line with the actual production of the company.In the aspect of customer satisfaction function model in production scheduling,this paper analyzes the necessity of customer satisfaction research in production scheduling problems and summarizes related measurement methods based on the definition of production customer and customer satisfaction.Customer satisfaction is an important indicator to measure the quality of enterprise production plan.The fuzzy theory was used to measure the factors affecting customer satisfaction in production scheduling,such as the processing time,interval time and delivery date of the work piece.Then,this paper uses the degree of membership of the completion time and due date to express the satisfaction function of the production customer.In view of the limited resources of enterprises,this paper builds a production customer value evaluation index system based on the current value and potential value of production customers,and determines the value of customers by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The level is used as the weight coefficient of the customer satisfaction function to achieve customer prioritization and resource optimization in the production scheduling problem.In the formulation of the flexible manufacturing cell rescheduling plan,the arrival of urgent orders can easily lead to extension of the regular order completion time,delay in delivery time and decrease in customer satisfaction.In this paper,the disruption management method is used to reschedule to effectively measure the deviation of the old and new scheduling schemes.To make the rescheduling more in line with the actual needs of the company,this paper considers the customer's satisfaction degree deviation of the initial and new scheduling scheme as the measure of disturbance based on the customer satisfaction function.Based on constructing the initial scheduling with the goal of minimizing the maximum completion time,this paper establishes a flexible manufacturing cell rescheduling model considering both the initial scheduling objectives and the disturbance metrics.According to the characteristics of the multi-objective model,an optimized NSGA-II algorithm is used to solve the problem.The example analysis shows that the proposed rescheduling method can effectively reduce the disturbance of random events to customers when it obtains efficient rescheduling results.On this basis,this paper applies the flexible manufacturing cell rescheduling method proposed in considering the deviation of customer satisfaction to the production of piping products in the machine shop of HDZH shipbuilding companies.The obtained optimal scheduling results are compared with the initial scheduling scheme and the actual enterprise plan,which verifies that the proposed method is feasible and effective.The method proposed in this paper aims to provide a certain reference for establishing a good long-term cooperation relationship between the enterprise and its customers.
