With the rapid development of science and technology and the global economy, Human for natural resources consumption grows, resource and environmental problems attendant increasingly prominent. Therefore, vigorously develop the circular economy to build a resource-saving and environment-friendly society to achieve sustainable economic and social development has become an urgent strategic issues to be solved. Remanufacturing is one of the main ways to achieve sustainable economic and social development. Remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain is put forward, it is adapt to this trend, theorists and practitioners attention. At the same time governments have developed a corresponding law to require companies to renewable resources, recycling and manufacturing, to reduce the over-exploitation of natural resources, while saving costs, enhance corporate image. Research in the face of external constraints, what decision and coordination strategy supply chain members make to achieve optimal overall performance and carbon emission reduction of the system, has a very important theoretical and practical significance.The article first describes the research background, research status and contents of this paper and discusses some of the basic theory of carbon emissions and closed-loop supply chain. Then the closed-loop supply chain model considered carbon emissions is established under the restriction of recycling, design the bipartite pricing contract revenue, revenue sharing contract and price discount contract to coordinate the closed-loop supply chain, and researched the effects of different parameters on the optimal decisions under a variety of contracts of the members of the supply chain, profits and carbon reduction effect. The results show that: Retailers received only the profit of decentralized decision-making and the carbon emission reduction effect is better than that of the decentralized decision-making level,but the manufacturer and the total supply chain has reached the optimal profit under the contract price. Under the revenue-sharing contract, the member and the supply chain system profit is largely affected by share proportion, reasonable share proportion can improve the member and the system’s profit level, However, the effect of carbon emissions below the level of decentralization decision-making. Under the price discount contract, retailers and supply chain system can achieve the optimal profit, the system can reach the level of carbon emission reduction effect under centralized decision. However, as the dominant party manufacturers, the profit is lower than the level of decentralized decision-making. Then the closed-loop supply chain model considered carbon emissions is established under the carbon tax constraints, design the bipartite pricing contract revenue to coordinate the closed-loop supply chain. Finally, the article summarizes and presents the research prospect and points out the future study direction.
