Study On It Management Architecture Design Of C Group

The group corporation of C is a famous enterprise in Chinese appliance field, whose large-scale construction of information has a history of over one score years, which support the development and growth of the whole corporation effectively. With the promotion of collectivization and internationalization, the IT of the corporation face up these new problems: the conflict of group control and the personalized needs of business unit, demand explosion, cost apportionments, business complexity increases and system availability decrease.This article targets on group informationization construction as research object, adopts the analysis of KSF and distinguishes the key factor which influence the goal of c’s informationization, including : the organization of IT and duties, cost control of IT, the service level of IT and operation management. These ensurity of key elements is related closely to management structure design of IT.In this article, aimed at these above problems, the author put forward organization scheme made up of the power department under the IT management and independent service sub company through the top level design, furthermore, IT cost management of enterprise group and internal IT service system. In this way, we can solve the problems: the conflict of group control, IT cost apportionments and IT service level. Later, the author, according to ITIL best practice library, propose management of specific optimization scheme: the demand management of the whole process of IT; Classification management strategy of IT system; the multi system joint test; IT service continuity management; group enterprise application integration specification in the IT management framework of top-level design framework of C group. Via the optimization of management, we can answer the challenge efficiently of IT demand explosion, IT complexity increases, Operation time window narrowing etc. owing to C group informatization construction.The author epurates an IT management architecture suited for large enterprise group and having a certain reference value for similar domestic enterprises. Meanwhile, the organization helps follow-up provide IT services for other company.
