Construction Of Index System And Its Application Research On Performance Evaluation Of Public Employment Service In Qingdao

Employment is the people’s livelihood. In the next ten years, twenty years, the total labor of China will be above 8 billion. For China government, problems or pressure faced firstly is to ensure full employment. In order to promote employment, Chinese government will take active employment policy in a long-term. The public employment service performance will directly affect the implementation level of employment policy in our country. In face of severe and complicated situation of employment, to establish the evaluation index system of public employment service performance specification, scientific, complete, for improving the public employment service levels, better to promote the smooth implementation of the employment policy has important practical significance.This paper is divided into six parts:the first part:to analyze the background of the research, the research significance and the domestic and foreign research situation; the second part:to outline the public employment service performance evaluation index system and the related theory of logical framework; the third part:The establishment and function of the study of domestic and foreign public employment service, and in-depth analysis of the status and experience of domestic and foreign public employment service performance assessment; the fourth part:Based on analyzing the present situation of performance evaluation of public employment service in Qingdao, to find out the existing problems, and the causes for the problems of inquiry; the fifth part:the basic theory and the logical framework of the construction of the index system in this paper, design the performance of public employment service of Qingdao, the index system of evaluation; the sixth part:Based on the evaluation index system of Qingdao, the public employment service performance in this design, to put forward the concrete application suggestions.
