The Research Of Land Use/Cover Change And Ecological Environment Effect Of Rapid Urbanization Island

This study took Haitan Island as the study area, acquiring the land use data and the assessment factors of the ecological environment quality by the interpretation of TM images, the characteristics on the use of land and its driving forces were analyzed, and through the construction of landscape stability index, the Spatial-Temporal characteristics of ecological security of the study area were analyzed by using the grid method and the model of variation. Four indicators including the vegetation coverage, soil and water loss of profit index, biological abundance index and rivers density were selected in the use of 3S technology, and finally the analysis of the ecological environmental quality of the region was done by using the comprehensive index method.The results showed that: (1)The main feature of the land use/cover change during the year 2000 to 2013 was that the cultivated land, woodland, grassland and water area decreased, the unused land and construction land increased; and the change rate of various types in the year between 2000 and 2009 was less than the rate of the year between 2009 and 2013, the main reason was that the development policy of Haitan Island in recent years that led to the rapid increasing of the urbanization rate. (2)Through the analysis of the driving force of Haitan Island during the year 2000 to 2013 by the method of grey correlation, according to the size of the correlation,the sort were policy input, level of output, demographic level and living standards.(3) With the method of landscape ecology, the dynamic changes of landscape pattern during the year 2000 to 2013 of Haitan Island were analyzed by selecting landscape pattern index. The results showed that, with the urban construction accelerating, the overall characteristics of the landscape were fragmentation and irregular, mostly the construction land segmentation, leading to other landscape types more broken. (4)The ecological security pattern showed a downward trend in general, in the sequential performance,it showed a transformation from high ecological safety to low high ecological security, and the high ecological security area reduced, through the semi variogram analysis, ecological security spatial variation of ecological security of high value area gradually reduced, the ecological security of low value gradually expanded from the outside area to the inside area. (5) The quality of ecological environment for the performance showed that the "good" quality of ecological environment area gradually reduced, and the "poor" quality of ecological environment increased gradually, in the space area, it showed the area in the "good" quality of ecological environment of Junshan, Bei Cuo town, Thirty-six Angle Lake in the northwest and a little part of northern Pingtan decreased gradually with the development of urbanization, the ecological environment of the poor quality of area has expanded.
