A Study On The Operating Mechanism Of Agricultural Industrialization In China

Agricultural industrialization in China has the same essence with agricultural integration in the western developed countries. To illustrate it easily, it means an operating mode which makes trade, industry and agriculture integrated into one organization. The practice on agricultural industrialization, which began from the middle of 1980s, has exerted an active function on accelerating economic structural adjustment of agriculture and rural areas, upgrading industries and improving agricultural benefit, and has formed multiple organization forms. The two most important forms are the pacemaker-driving form and the cooperating-organization-driving form. The pacemaker-driving form is the most common organizational form because it has wide adaptability. And farms' cooperating economic organization is the farmers' self-help and combined organization in China and the delegate of farmers' benefit, so it is the basic developing direction of organization form. It is almost the common fault that interest relations between the principal parts, who participate in agricultural industrialization, is loose, and interest community which can share interest and assume risks together all the time has not been founded yet. In the final analysis, it results from distemperedness of operating mechanism of agricultural industrialization.This thesis emphasizes particularly on the study of devoting mechanism, interest mechanism and restricting mechanism in agricultural industrialization, makes an analysis on the problems in the devoting mechanism and interest mechanism and puts forward the corresponding advice to solve them. The end of this part reveals the relations between the three mechanisms. After that, the thesis draws out some beneficial revelations on how to keep an interest community steady and make operating mechanism run smoothly by studying on the operating mechanism of two typical delegates. If only obeying the laws of operating mechanism and found the controlled release devoting mechanism and reasonable interest mechanism and restricting mechanism, can we make operating mechanism perfect and ensure its sustaining and steady-going development.
