Research On Coordination Mechanism Of Fresh Agricultural Product Supply Chain From The Perspective Of Ecology

With the development of modern life, consumers are paying more attention to the freshness and safety of fresh agricultural products, which causes a higher demand for fresh agricultural products supply chain. The improvement of the circulation efficiency of fresh agricultural products depends on the cooperation among organizations in the supply chain which can be solved by coordination mechanism. When the fresh agricultural products supply chain is in dynamic coordination status, the nodes of the supply chain will be global optimal to realize the benefit maximization. Therefore, the study of coordination mechanism is essential.Firstly, this thesis analyzed the formation of the coordination mechanism of fresh agricultural products. The analysis showed that there is similarity between ecosystem and the fresh agricultural product supply chain system in system structure and the information transmission. Consider the characteristics of the fresh agricultural products supply chain, this thesis improved the Lotka-Volterra model on the basis of theories in ecology. Then, by using the improved model to analyze the relationship among the organizations of fresh agricultural product supply chain, this thesis found that the symbiotic relationship is the best relationship. Then analyzed the cause of coordination mechanism from the perspective of ecology.Then, this thesis constructed the coordination mechanism of fresh agricultural products supply chain which includes structure coordination, interest coordination and information coordination by analogizing it to coordination of ecosystem. In the study of structure coordination, the Tilman-n model was used to prove the changes of core enterprise is at the helm of supply chain, and it can improve the stability of supply chain in the face of special circumstances. So, the structure coordination is based on the core enterprise. In the study of interest coordination, this thesis analyzed benefit model from decentralized decision making and centralized decision making by making the increase the overall efficiency of the supply chain as the goal. The result proved that when the interests are allocated proportionally, the overall efficiency of the supply chain has been improved. In the study of information coordination, this thesis constructed information coordination mechanism based on rebate by making the availability of information as measure and reward for effective information.Finally, this thesis analyzed standardization mechanism which can guarantee the implementation of coordination mechanism. There are barriers such as behavior disorder, pricing barriers and information burdensome when implementing the coordination mechanism. In view of these barriers, the standardization construction is essential. A complete set of standardization mechanism mainly includes the market access standardization, fresh agricultural products standardization, information standardization. The implementation of the coordination mechanism can be guaranteed with the standardization mechanism.
