Aims to explore a set of scientific system of basic farmland demarcated, including the determination of basic farmland indexes, and implementation of basic farmland demarcated.Without limiting the Yan’an city is counties under the premise of basic farmland indexes defined number is 264455.87 hectares of basic farmland, basic farmland cultivated land comprehensive evaluation score is greater than or equal to 54.54 points.
