Then on this basis,the paper proposed the strategy of project human resource allocation from the following aspects:changing the traditional concept and mechanism, setting up special human resource management department, optimizing the personnel structure by using position and person analysis,improving the staff recruitment and training,consummating the incentive mechanism, etc..Finally, apply the strategy of project human resource allocation to the Linzhi Airport Road Project of company Z.Based on the research of human resource allocation of highway construction enterprise,the paper put forward the strategy of human resources allocation with industry characteristics, hoping to provide a reference for the highway construction enterprise, but also providing a futher practical basis for the theory.
