Vast in our country,the highway to connect each region,convenient for people to travel,but the complex landform environment,the construction of many highways go through multiple complex landform,greatly restricted the pace of highway construction in our country,these characteristics into the difficulty in the highway project,also become the restriction factor of human resource management.In order to fundamentally solve the highway in our country the development,optimize human resources management is imperative.Through expert survey research shows that the effective ways to improve the level of highway project management is compensation management and performance evaluation.Human resource management has an irreplaceable role in the project construction,the more the superiority of the highway project construction is particularly prominent.Therefore,in order to alleviate these problems develop human resource management for highway project construction is of far-reaching significance.In this paper,from the highway project construction the research background of human resource management,is to compare the present situation and development at home and abroad on research significance and purpose,in order to able to grasp the research direction in this paper,under the environment at the same time also can provide the main research background is discussed below.Through the construction of human resources related theory,this paper in terms of the basic theory of project management,mainly from the system control theory,organizational behavior theory and the three aspects of project management theory;In literature this paper mainly introduces the meaning of human resource management,project human resource management of the basic theory and basic theory of human resource management optimization;In terms of key performance indicators of human resource management,puts forward the concept of key performance indicators,the characteristics of the key performance indicators,and set up key performance indicators,in the study of human resource management in the construction of highway project's overall analysis is very important.After analysis found that the highway project human resource management problems,through the elaboration and analysis of such problems,mainly from the evaluation system optimization,system optimization,and optimize the incentive mechanism of three aspects,puts forward the countermeasures of optimizing solution.At last,through case analysis,this paper puts forward the specific optimization measures,combine the theory to the in-depth analysis of practical application.Points out that the optimization of human resources management is the construction company must set out to accomplish tasks,is also the most fundamental countermeasures for company development.
