In the management model of the enterprise,human resources have always been a key factor and a factor that has to be considered.For construction project companies,it is more necessary to scientifically configure and manage human resources.In recent years,the construction industry has developed rapidly,the competition among construction enterprises has been accumulating,and the requirements of the society for construction projects have gradually increased,which puts higher requirements on the human resources management of enterprises.However,construction project enterprises have problems such as large mobility,insufficient staff capacity,long project duration,and insufficient project link.The root cause is that there is a shortage of human resource allocation schemes.Because during the construction of the project,personnel are the leaders,organizers and users of the project resources.Because of the particularity of the construction project enterprise and the importance of human resource allocation management,it is necessary for the enterprise to establish a scientific,standardized and feasible human resource management system according to its own situation in the actual management process.At the same time,according to the market mechanism,the core team of talent construction projects will be absorbed to make the talent allocation more professional and rational.For the peripheral labor resources that are easy to flow in the construction project,dynamic management can be adopted,and the configuration and management can be better combined and promoted.This paper is divided into five parts.Firstly,by studying the relevant materials of domestic and foreign scholars,we understand some theoretical foundations and research status of human resource allocation,which provides a theoretical basis for this paper.Secondly,it directly explains the concept of human resource allocation.And the characteristics,put forward the relevant basis of human resources allocation of construction projects,and proposed Parsons' "professional-human" matching theory and Pareto's optimal theory;the third combination of Changchun Longxiang International Business Center project as an example The basic situation of the project overview and project objectives is introduced.Fourthly,according to the construction plan,the five phases of the construction preparation stage,the foundation pit and pile foundation stage,the basement structure stage and the upper structure stage are elaborated,and the project is estimated.The overall workload and the overall plan for human resource allocation were designed.Fifthly,the safeguard measures for the human resource allocation plan were proposed from three aspects: project human qualification requirements,human resources training and development,and strengthening supervision and evaluation.All in all,in the management of project enterprises,the allocation and management of human resources is a key and important link,and it is also a top priority.The allocation of human resources is not only related to the survival and development of every employee in the enterprise,but also directly affects the destiny of the enterprise.This study combines theory with practice,and empirically analyzes the method of human resource allocation,which can provide better reference value for other related enterprises.
