Since the 21 st century,, the competition between the enterprises is increasingly fierce because of the global economy.. Ningbo Ruicheng Packing Material Co., LTD(hereinafter referred to as RC company) as a small and medium-sized private enterprises engaged in food flexible packaging production, not only facing with strong economic strength and rich management experience of the counterpart of the foreign capital enterprise competition, at the same time also facing competition from domestic large flexible packaging enterprises. RC company exist many problems and challenges, and the boss also realize that the talent is the most critical factors. Staff is the most valuable wealth. How to motivate the employees, and make it grow up with the the development of the enterprise, is becoming a most important subject to RC company.In this paper, based on the incentive theory and the search on the demand of the status of RC company employees, and analysis of RC company incentive situation, we put forward improving strategies. At first, we carried on the investigation overall incentive level, and found that it was not good, and exited many problems. Secondly, according to the different position and different type of the RC employee’s work, we divided the employees into different types.. Then we made a survey and analysis on the demand for different types of employees. Through the survey, we redesign incentive system, including design reward system, improve the staff’s working content, encourage employees to participate in the target management, etc.Although nowadays there are many advanced incentive theories and methods, but how to fit different company’s actual situation, how to make out a better incentive strategy, is a difficult problem. So, this paper is somehow meaningful to the research on the incentive for small and medium-sized companies.
