The principal aim of this paper was to examine the internationalization of Software Company in China in regard to the assessing the Mobile Games Market in China and selection of suitable entry mode. To accomplish this, the contingency view of entry mode choice framework was used. Thus, this paper analyzes the influence of various market-specific factors on the choice of modes of entry into China. The results of the study suggest that market potential, its structure, development stage, as well as political, sociocultural factor influence the process the software company takes to enter the market. Also, concrete recommendations were drawn up for software firms aiming to enter Chinese Mobile Games Market.
