New Energy Import Program Quality Management Study Base On Juran’s Quality Strategy

This thesis is based on the development of China New Energy Industry study. According to author’s working experience of S Company New Energy vehicle import program(V program), this thesis is studying the future of new energy tech in China and how to manage such a new energy import program. This thesis is focus on how to apply Juran’s quality strategy and deal with quality strategy, quality control, quality improvement, this thesis is also studying how to control program quality and setup quality check milestone with total quality management theory and stage-agate system theory. The final intention of this thesis is to establish such a new program quality management process with new energy import program development. This thesis also summary the weakness during new energy import program development, and it is referred with the working direction in future.
