Ever since 1999,the machine tool industry has developed rapidly,with constantly expanding production scale and rising sales,and once ranking world's top three in scale.However,ever since the explosion of world economic crisis in 2008,the machine tool industry has been characterized by over capa city and declining demands,and the previous leapfrog development has exposed more and more problems,for instance,insufficient quality management ability,poor product quality and declining customer satisfaction.In this paper,QE machine tool manufacturing company C business division was selected as the research target.Established during the enterprise industrial structure adjustment in 2009,C business division had made outstanding contributions to the market launch and brand establishment of lathe pro ducts.However,during the quality management process,C business division confronted by various problems,such as poor product quality,and backward quality management measures,the market share and competitive power started to decline in the condition of shrinking markets and growing clients' requirements.As a result,how to improve the quality management of the business division became an urgent problem of the group.This article introduced the personal structure,the management structure,the product composition and the customer requirements of the C business division.According the request of ISO9001:2008 quality management system and using total quality management theory,this article analyzed the self-problem on quality control management from various factors that influenced the quality control.It took one set of turning machine as example,tracking investigating the influence caused by quality control on the manufacturing costs.It also investigated the quality management condition on other similar manufacturers.Based on above content,it provided evidence for the next quality management improvement for C business division.This article took the quality process control as the key point of quality management.It made the improving plan on manufacturing the turning machine,including quality control measures in element parts and in assembling;transforming the quality inspection mechanism;measurement to improving the service quality before sale,in sale and after service.Through above measurement and discussion,it made the implement and expanding method for quality files.Meanwhile,it established the supporting measures from quality management system,staff training and quality consciousness training,5S management on production site and motivation system.In this paper,extensive investigation and material collection were carried out for the quality management of C business division.Meanwhile,substantial related literatures were reviewed,aiming to work out a set of effective quality management improvement plans,so that C business division can serve clients with excellent products in the market competitions,improve advantages and provide references concerning the quality management improvement to other business divisions of the company.
