In China’s national economy, small and medium-sized enterprises especially small enterprises constitute the basis and subject, but also to promote the smooth development of our economy, the premise to ensure social stability. Especially in the stable employment rate, optimize the existing economic structure, obviously the role of small firms. But in our country, small business financing difficulties prevalent phenomenon. The main reason is that the current commercial banks in loans, more is to consider the large enterprises, the lack of small business concerns. The basic reason is that the small enterprises small scale, operating conditions of instability, the credit risk is big, the lack of collateral loan effectively, high cost etc.. These factors lead directly to the bank small business credit business will not put in important position, greatly reducing the financing and development of small enterprises. Currently, the Minsheng Bank provides credit business as our country in small micro enterprise pioneer and leader, continuous exploration of providing financial services to domestic small micro enterprise, in the management and prevention of small micro enterprise credit risk on the accumulated valuable experience more. In this paper, combined with this background, the Minsheng Bank as the research object to summarize the current stage of China’s commercial banks in the micro credit business innovation experience and detailed study of commercial bank small micro enterprise credit risk management, in order to provide some reference and reference to the same industry in the future the implementation mechanism of the small micro enterprise financial services.
