The Pricing Research For Relational Loan Of Small And Micro Businesses In Perspective Of City Commercial Banks

The current financial market is undergoing profound changes,and small and micro enterprises have always played an extremely important role in China's economy.Especially under the call of the national "inclusive finance",the status of small and micro enterprises has gradually increased.It should be said that the development of small and micro enterprises has become a key factor in measuring the economic quality of a country.But at the same time,we should also see that small and micro enterprises have always faced the problem of financing difficulties because of their own characteristics and certain historical policy reasons,considering the development characteristics and their own systems of commercial banks,especially city commercial banks in China.The differentiation advantage just caters to the demand for funds from small and micro enterprises in China.The two are highly complementary.Based on the suitability of the two needs,this paper is the key factor for the combination of commercial banks and small and micro enterprises.Firstly,this paper discusses the background and significance of researching commercial banks and small and micro enterprise relational loans,and then analyzes the types of existing loan pricing models of commercial banks in China and the disadvantages of restricting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.Finally,from the perspective of relational loans Establish a pricing model with commercial banks,and introduce the concept of relational rent and conduct empirical research based on the dependence of small and micro enterprises on banks in the development process.Finally,the paper gives suggestions on how to improve China's existing systems and policies and how to improve its efficiency in loan process and system construction.
