The Study About Xinjiang Foreign Trade Impact On Environmental Pollution

With the promotion of Reform and opening and westword opening-up,i nternational trade and economic about Xinjiang has developed rapidly.But as th e bridgehead of the westword opening-up,especially the core economic about O ne Belt and One Road,in recent years the enviromental pollution has increase d serious in Xinjiang.So the importance about deal well with the relationship b etween international trade and protection about environment has become obviou s in Xinjiang.On the basis of theoretical analysis,We research on the effect of intenation al intrade on envionmental pollution in Xinjiang,select index variables through Xinjiang Statistical Yearbook,Xinjiang Fifty Yearbook,Urumqi Customs Statistic s Network and so on,build the model to analysis,measure the impact of the ex pansion of foreign trade on the Xinjiang environment and the way of the impa ct of the Xinjiang foreign trade.We divid this paper into five parts,the first part is the introduction,this par t mainly introduces the background, significance, the review and summary base d on the previous literature, find out the direction of this research and method s.The second part mainly introduce the status quo. From the three aspects of f oreign trade foreign trade import and export volume, the actual utilization of f oreign capital, inbound tourism status quo of foreign trade in Xinjiang; introdu ce the status quo of environmental pollution between industrial pollution and a gricultural pollution.The third part is to built model, raise questions for the sho rtage of the predecessors,construct VAR model considering the mechasnism,then introduce this model,preproce data and determine whether meet the condition s for establishing a VAR model. Empirical analysis of the method of measure men is given in fourth part. In the empirical analysis, we select data of time s eries from 1990 to 2013, calculated the cointegration equation by the measurement, at present found that three indicators about region’s GDP, import and ex port trade and foreign investment in actual use, the first one has the most grea t impact, and the economic growth will increase the environmental pollution in Xinjiang; total import and export volume of Xinjiang environmental pollution the degree of influence is weak, the Xinjiang foreign trade channel phenomeno n more serious, development of import and export trade small influence on en vironment of Xinjiang local; the actual utilization of foreign capital increase wi ll add to the local environmental pollution, but because of the smaller size, the extent of the impact is limited. According to the pulse effect, the lag time of GDP in Xinjiang area is longer, the impact effect is basically stable, the total amount of foreign trade and the lag time of the actual use of foreign capital are limited.. According to the results of analysis of variance, the Xinjiang regi on in regional GDP, foreign trade import and export scale and the actual utiliz ation of foreign capital of the three independent variables. The contribution of GDP of pollution index variance decomposition rate, environmental pollution in Xinjiang is the biggest influence still comes from in local economic developm ent, foreign trade import and export scale and actual utilization of foreign capit al of both the variance contribution rate is almost the same.The fifth part give the reasonable suggestion for the above empirical analysis.
