This paper aims to study the topic of international trade and pollution. As the liborizaiton of international trade goes on, some penominona of pollution shift emerge. We find that the developing countries with loose environmental regulations tend to be the termination of FDI and trade exporter. With this, developing countries face the trilemma of economic growth , trade balance and environmental protection. And developed countries, on their side, blame the developing countries for their environmental dump and tend to take actions to block trade. In the broad field of this kind of study, this paper focus on the problem China faces. I first study the empirical proof for the relationship between China's trade and pollution shift , and then give some suggestion for China in the light of international environmental protection colaboration. I use input and output method to give a thorough study of China's high pollution industry and seek to find a trend in trade and pollution term of trade. Also, I will give a comprehensive introduction and analysis of the existing theoretical study of this scope.
