Study On The Optimization Of Coal Enterprises Logistics System Under The Theory Of Supply Chain Management

The coal industry is a special industry in China’s economic institutions, is closely connected with the domestic logistics industry, vigorously develop coal logistics is not only a powerful way to promote the market economy and the national economy of our country, is also an important channel to improve China’s coal industry output and economic benefits.This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature research, field research, supply chain and logistics management of coal enterprises are discussed. Firstly, analyzing the domestic and international relevant research and determine the research content and framework; then, summarizes the related theories of supply chain management, mainly the theory of supply chain management, supply chain, characteristics of coal mining enterprises in China’s coal mining enterprises of supply chain; thirdly, explains the current situation of Shandong QWSJ coal supply chain logistics system, including the short introduction, the warehouse management status, the transportation management status, the supply chain management status and the problems; at last, the author puts forward the countermeasures to optimize Shandong QWSJ coal supply chain logistics system, including supply chain logistics system optimization ideas and principles. In the system of supply chain management, warehouse management, optimization of supply chain logistics system in transportation management, optimization of supply chain logistics system in supply chain management and optimization of supply chain logistics system optimization measures.Finally, the summary of this study pointed out the deficiencies of this research.The research is based on the supply chain logistics system of coal mine enterprises.And find out some existing problems such as supplier delivery is not timely, the lack of logistics system, inventory management is not perfect. In this regard, the author puts forward a series of countermeasures. Research shows the adoptions not only can improve the quality of product, but also can reduce inventory cost, optimize procurement management process, to achieve the strategic management target.
