Research On Supply Chain Operating System Of Coal Enterprise In Shanxi Based On Logistics Integration

As a big province of coal energy in China, Shanxi should accelerate the construction of the coal industrial groups to enhance core competitiveness and international competitiveness of industries which is the developing trend of coal industry of Shanxi province. In the process of constructing large-scale coal group, bringing logistics industry into the track of industrial development and constructing the modern logistics industry with characteristics of China, will producing active and far-reaching significance for driving the scale economy and forming core competitiveness of Shanxi coal industry. However, the existing organizational structure of coal enterprises in our province has basically can not meet the requirements of the development of enterprise, improving the organizational structure of Shanxi coal enterprises has become a pressing issue in front of us.Under the greatly integrated background of coal enterprises in our province, considering the development status and trends of logistics, this paper induced the overall trend of the reform in logistics system of the coal enterprises in our province which is to establish the integrated supply chain logistics fit for the coal enterprises in our province. According to this trend, taking Shanxi Coking Coal Group as the typical example, the paper researched on the organizational structure of the coal supply chain from the perspective of the entire coal supply with the theory of supply chain. This paper first described the status and problems of the coal logistics system and analyzed its coal supply chain; According to the status and structural characteristics of the coal enterprises in Shanxi province, this paper designed the integrated coal supply chain for the coal enterprises in Shanxi province and put forward the integrated supply chain inside the enterprise and outside the enterprise. And then form internal and external two aspects of the Shanxi Coking Coal Group, this paper constructed new organizational structure of coal enterprises and integrated organizational system based on the whole supply chain. The concludes of the study provided a feasible method and models for the reform of operational mechanism of the coal enterprises in our province.
