| In order to realize the customer and the coal logistics company mutual benefit, improve the coal logistics company’s competitive advantage, to meet customer demand for coal resources, coal supply chain optimization is very important.。In this paper coal Logistics Company is the study object. Coal supply chain logistics company through to the customer balanced supply, fully meet the customer of coal supply chain requirements for coal logistics supply chain operation, to realize efficiency and low cost of coal supply chain operation. The attributes of supply chain was analyzed.Based on analysis description of coal logistics company supply chain structure, the multi-objectives dynamic optimization model was set up. Yingjia Logistics company of Taiyuan coal transportation was selected as the object of empirical analysis, and by using multi-objective dynamic optimization model of coal logistics company supply chain, the multi-objective optimization model for the decision result of theoretical analysis. Finally, the proposals of coal logistics company supply chain optimization decision-making are put forward. |
