With the development of China’s pet products industry, our production processes and skill levels are gradually approaching the level of developed countries in the world. Only by way of foreign agents and distributors, the development of China’s pet industry will meet partial limitations in the coming future. Many companies want to be able to customize international operations in order to get more profits in the industry. Therefore, for the Chinese small and medium sized enterprises like pet equipment companies,during the process of exploring international market, how to formulate the operation strategy and operation model fitting for the enterprises themselves to different markets based on the company competitive strategy, in order to solve the problems exiting in the development of international operation,which has important practical significance for small and medium pet enterprises to achieve comprehensive international operations.This thesis exampled from the domestic Y Pet equipment corporation’s expectation to establish sales and distribution center in the United States in order to exploring US market. First of all, the author combined with Y Pet Corporation Five Forces Model,SWOT analysis of the market environment in the United States-depth data analysis and multidimensional BCG matrix to determine the feasibility of establishing sales and logistics distribution center and the objectives of American markets products promotion, aimed to decide the feasibility to establish sales and distribution center in US and the competitive strategy in US market exploring. Then, with competitive strategyobjectives, this thesis analyzed enterprise operation competitive factor, found operating strategy problems, suggested and developed appropriate operation strategy policy, and in the end located operation strategy of the company.Finally, in operation modes, this thesis classified different types of products available in different ways according to the product supply modes and product characteristics classification, and suggested the corresponding static and dynamic supply chain mode designing and selection methods, so as to dynamically coordinate with the enterprise operation strategy, greatly reduce the cost, providing efficient service and innovative ideas, fast and accurately seize products market, reduce the risk of international operations, get high profit margins, and provide reliable support for business development strategy.
