The Study Of Elements On Innovative City Construction Based On The Theory Of Survival Analysis

An innovative city is based on technology, knowledge, talent, environment, culture and system innovation elements, which accelerate the development of city modernization and lead the surrounding city’s innovation, is the core of regional integration development. An innovative city is the development of more refined mode, which is put forward after the innovative country and innovative area. City as an individual is not only the bearer of enterprise economic development, but also a part of the national innovation system. Its development affects the economic benefits of enterprises, and determines the status of a national competition in the international stage. But because of the cities’ innovation resources condition is different, which make the innovation level differences between cities. This paper further research the course of an innovative city’s innovation elements, and it has important guiding significance for promoting the healthy development of the whole regional or national innovation. This research mainly includes the following three aspects:Firstly, an innovative city with science and technology as the power, and it is a kind of healthy and sustainable urban development pattern, therefore it become the focus of local governments and academic research at all levels. This paper analysis comprehensive the current research of innovative city, and finds the deficiency of innovative development. On the basis of relevant the theory of innovation and survival analysis, this paper research the development of innovative city from the angle of the objective and scientific.Secondly, the paper analyzes the formation and basic characteristics of innovative city, and describes detailed the related factors of innovation in the development. The aspects include geographical location, innovation input, innovation configuration, innovation support, innovation output and so on, which build innovative index factor system of urban development. Using survival analysis theory constructs the Cox proportional regression model, analysis the factors and get the key factors affecting the development of an innovative city.Finally, combined with research results, explore the development mode of innovative city, and adjust measures to local conditions for the establishment of the innovation mode of the city. In this paper, the results provide the basis for formulates of local government and put forward suggestions for innovative urban development pattern on future.
