The development of small and medium-sized enterprises plays a vital role in promoting the economy of backward regions. We also microscopically analyzed the environments of development history of GuangYuan, economic conditions, the law policy, financial service, market competition, special resources, project chosen and human resource supply ,then we come to the conclusion that we have no choice but striving to develop small and medium-sized enterprise in GuangYuan since it will cost too much to establish large enterprise there .Thirdly, it researches on the developing strategy of small and medium-sized enterprise in GuangYuan. After analyzing the current developing situation of small and medium-sized enterprise in GuangYuan, we put the corresponding strategy into SWOT analysis. What's more, it gives respective SO, ST, WO, and WT solving strategy on the basis of its Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats.
