Research On Constructing Innovative City In SuZhou

This paper reviews the theory of the innovative city and its development process.It is found that although the domestic evaluation index of the innovative city is endless,the real concept and the factor of the innovative city are blurred.To find the reason,in addition to the local government only pay attention to the reasons for performance competition,the more is the understanding of innovation-oriented city one-sided,innovative city is not just a few high-tech development zones or innovative preferential policies,or even a few Enterprise and formed.On the basis of studying the concept and connotation of the innovative city at home and abroad,this paper puts forward four constituent elements of the innovative city,namely innovation subject,innovation institution,innovation resources and culture,urban demand.That the innovative city want to form,these four elements are indispensable,they promote each other,develop each other,so that the city and innovation integration,and ultimately achieve the "interests of the main city and the city win-win",the formation of a truly innovative city.Based on the constituent elements of this paper,the innovation situation of Suzhou is compared and analyzed in Jiangsu Province,and the innovative operation efficiency and malmquist total factor productivity index of each city in Jiangsu Province are calculated by data envelopment analysis.Finally,the challenges and opportunities of the city,drawing on the success stories of innovative cities at home and abroad,based on the four elements of innovative cities,summed up the construction of innovative cities in Suzhou on the countermeasures and suggestions: enrich the culture of innovation,enhance the resources for innovation;needing the development of new high-speed "road" and the internet and other technology applications;highlight the development status of new industries,and to promote the knowledge between the information and information on the development of intellectual property and financial aspects of innovation flow.
