Research On Technical Innovation Management System Of A Seeds Industry Company

The crop seeds industry plays an important role in agricultural production, and the continued introduction of national industrial support policies provide many unique opportunities for the development of crop seed industry.By using the diagnostic analysis method, this paper briefly analyzed the technical innovation value chain and innovational mode, and concluded that the technology research of breeding validation and high-yielding breeding is the most valuable management link in the technological innovation chain of the company.By using SWOT analysis method, this paper briefly analyzed the advantages, weaknesses, opportunities, threats of technical innovation management system of the company. Here are the advantages of technical innovation management system: the establishment of the modern enterprise system provides a fundamental guarantee for technological innovation; the great importance attached by the shareholders and management provides an effective support for technological innovation; the independent research and combination of production, study and research forms a solid foundation for technological innovation; the implementation of equity incentive forms a stable incentive system for technological innovation talent; the promotion of producing and marketing creates favorable conditions for rapid industrialization of innovational achievement. The main disadvantages are: technical innovation and organizational structure restricts the further development of technical innovation; lack of technological innovation talent and human resources construction system has not been established; variety of validation and IPR protection should be strengthened; the single source of technological innovation funding restrict the level of innovation investment; species structure of technological innovation is not perfect. The main opportunities are:the dominant position of enterprises is defined; the combination of production, study and research and resources flow to the enterprises orderly are encouraged; the fiscal policies to promote the crop seeds industry development is supported and protected. The main threats are:through a variety of ways, the foreign investment has entered into the domestic seeds market; the competition for getting innovational resources is fierce.Based on the upper conclusion, this paper proposed the technical innovation strategic choices:to build an open platform for technological innovation; to find new ways to talent introduction and self-training; to determine the effective technical innovation incentive distribution system; to improve the structure of the varieties of technical innovation gradually; to enhance the level of the technical innovational basic management. And here are some suggestions to the organization and implementation of the technical innovation strategic choices:to formulate the technical innovation development plan and annual implementation plan; to configure the resources; to enhance the producing and selling abilities.
