Research On The Method Of Formulating Technology Innovation Strategy Of The Enterprise

Currently, technology innovation has become a kind of effective strategic means for enterprises to train core ability and set up competition advantage in the face of the increasingly keen competition environment. But there are great defects in the following two aspects for a lot of enterprises to implement their technology innovation. On the one hand, the enterprise lacks clear development strategy and fails in understanding to guide the technology innovation activities through strategic management. And on the other hand, though the technology innovation strategy the enterprise has, it is often"hastily determined", lacking guidance of systematic strategy-making method and sustaining effect. Because of this, the thesis, while emphasizing technology innovation strategy's importance, analyzes especially from the angle of methodology that how enterprises make feasible technology innovation strategy according to their own situations. Concerning the content, on the basis of summarizing conscientiously and appraising objectively the present domestic and foreign technology innovation strategy theories, the thesis has carried on clear definition to the meaning, content, classification, characteristics and function of enterprise's technology innovation . The thesis, in its second part, elaborates the step choice of enterprise's technology innovation strategy from two angles of rational analysis and gradually logical advancing. After clarifying the step choice, the thesis explains in details the guidelines, goal, orientation, and environmental analysis, etc. of technology innovation strategy-making. Through contrasting common strategy-making methods, such as five strength models of Potter's, BCG matrix,GE matrix, SWOT analysis, and summarizing their respective advantages and disadvantages, the thesis adopts SWOT analytical method to elaborate the strategy choice method of enterprise's technology innovation from two dimensions of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis; and meanwhile, the thesis adopts Delphi survey method to elaborate the sieving method of technology innovation strategy's core technology. Finally, the thesis combines a petroleum technology services enterprise to carry on an empirical analysis, to expect having certain guiding significance on enterprises'technology innovation strategy-making in theoretical and practical aspects.
