Research On The Influence Of The Difference Of Human Capital On The Economic Growth Of Beijing,Tianjin,and Hebei Province

From Adam Smith and other economists who put forward the idea of human capital,Schultz formally put forward the concept of human capital,to regard human capital as one of the most important factors of economic growth,and the theory of human capital was constantly developing.With the development of technology and knowledge economy,the influence of human capital on economic growth is gradually increasing.As one of the most important region of China's regional economic development,the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region plays a significant role in China's economic development.Although the three provinces have a short space distance and similar humanistic environment,there are significant differences in economic development.As an important factor of economic growth,human capital plays an important role in effectively promoting economic growth in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei province.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to analyze the influence of human capital difference on the economic growth of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei province.This paper firstly summarizes the related literature on human capital and economic growth from domestic and abroad,also defines the related concepts of human capital and economic growth.This paper discusses the influence mechanism of human capital input factors on economic growth,and extends Mankiw-Romer-Weil model(MRW model)to discuss the influence of educational human capital,health human capital and scientific and technological human capital on economic growth.And then makes a descriptive statistical analysis of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.The present situation of human capital and the level of economic growth in the three regions are notable,and the positive correlation between human capital and economic growth is preliminarily analyzed.This paper takes the stock of material capital,educational human capital,healthy human capital and scientific and technological human capital as explanatory variables,and selects the data from 1999-2016 to process the data.The conclusions are as follows: firstly,educational human capital,health human capital and scientific and technological human capital have positive effect on the economic growth of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei province.Secondly,educational human capital has the highest influence on economic growth in the three places.Health human capital in Beijing has the least impact on economic growth,and scientific and technological human capital in Tianjin and Hebei have the least impact on economic growth.Thirdly,the influence of educational human capital and healthy human capital on economic growth is that of Hebei,Tianjin and Beijing,and the influence of scientific and technological human capital on economic growth is that of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei in turn.Finally,On the basis of theoretical research and empirical analysis,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions based on the difference of human capital in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and its causes.
