The Construction Of The Performance Evaluation System Of The Manufacturing Servitization

Manufacturing is an important support and impetus to the development of our national economy,relating to our economic lifeline and international influence. However, due to the low level of product innovation, the weakness of customer service awareness and the bad effects of environment,our traditional manufacturing industry is experiencing unprecedented internal and external problems.Servitization of manufacturing has become the inevitable trend and direction in the transition and upgrades of traditional manufacturing.Servitization of manufacturing makes the value chain turning from production to service,helping to reduce pressure on the environment, and to promote economic innovation, which has a great significance on our ecological civilization and innovation-based economy.In the face of manufacturing servitization,whether our manufacturing enterprises can be clear about the economic situation and can adjust its structures to the development and seize the competitive advantage during the transition makes great difference on the strategic goals and the market status in the fierce competition.As the changes of the center of the value,the strategic goals and the objects,the methods of evaluation on the performance has also been changed.Manufacturing enterprises should find a reasonable and scientific way to evaluate the operating performance in the because the traditional methods have been unable to meet the evolving needs,which can make contributions to analyze the cons and pros,to refine the strategic objectives in order to gain the competitive advantages and improve the economic efficiency.In this paper, as a successful example of Sichuan Changhong who makes the transition to a service-oriented upgrades,I want to show what the effects of the Servitization of manufacturing will make with the use of the Balanced Scorecard constructed fuzzy comprehensive evaluation matrix, and to illustrate the necessity of the new evaluation methods in the trends of transition,which can enhance the feasibility and effectiveness of the strategic decisions.
