With the rapid increase of domestic car ownership and people buy the second-hand car market scale expands unceasingly. But due to the lack of transparency used-car market information system, the lack of corresponding legal protection, used car business in pursuing maximum interests under the premise of making false information, as far as possible to hide real information of all kinds of vehicles, genuine, shoddy, and so on phenomenon has become a habit of the industry, and this will directly affect the consumers’ purchasing psychology, combined with the emergence of the car, the problem such as bubble water wheel car accident, consumers are issued by the seller used car evaluation report showed mistrust, turned off many intend to buy a used car consumers only. Used-car evaluation of this kind of defects, this article is standing on the ground of the third party to evaluate a used car, and using the method of scientific and reasonable to evaluate a used car, hope that let buyers trust, let the seller accept the price.Used-car evaluation this paper at first introduced the research background and research significance and research status at home and abroad, and then illustrates the used-car evaluation, the purpose of the premise, method, etc., in the used car evaluation method to evaluate selected the market method, in the marketing assessment used car, involves the choice of price factors, screening of comparable factors, quantitative comparable factors, with reference to the selection of vehicles and adjust the reference price of the vehicle, finally calculated assessment used car prices. On the choice of price factors, the fish bone diagram analysis method is used to select the price factors; When screening comparable factors, using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) screening comparable factors; In quantitative comparable factors, using the objective standard and subjective judgment to quantify than the combination of factors.
