Under The Perspective Of Management Audit Institutions Management Problems And Countermeasures Research

The globalization has affected the economy in all round since the beginning of the twenty-first century. The faster rapid of technological progress and the globalization of competition in market make the countries are more competitive in their market environment. In this context, scientific research becomes the key of improving competitiveness of each country. And in the process of structural reform of scientific research institutions, due to the lack of management idea and management consciousness and the existing problems in the management, the internal management is seriously weakened. So it is difficult for scientific research institutions to face the competition in the market. At the same time, related auditing system of scientific research project is still not perfect, therefore strengthening the management of scientific research institutions to standardize audit emerges as the times requires.This paper aims to analyze the present situation of the management of scientific research institution of our country and the necessity of management audit, and make recommendations in view of the problems existing in the management, so as to realize the optimization management of scientific research institutions. First of all, it summaries the related theory of management audit, and carries on the limits to the related theory. Secondly, the present situation of the management of scientific research institution of our country is introduced. Finally, combining with the relevant specific case —DX Institute, it introduces the existing problems in the management, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions that have a certain reference.
