Research On The Management Of Scientific Research Project Of A Public Institution Under The Background Of Scientific And Technological System Reform

It is well known that "science and technology is the first productive force",in today's rapid economic development in our country,science and technology plays an important role in the position in national economy.since the founding of the People's republic of China,the system set is responsible for the construction of new China.However,with China's national strength has been increasing and the new situation of international science needs to reform the existing science and technology system.However,science and technology system reform is rather complex,during the process of reform,should dare to innovation,courage to explore,and to take into account the global and progress steady.In this paper,under the background of the science and technology system reform a certain scientific research institutions as the research object,study of scientific research units of project management,based on all project life cycle,surrounding the project progress,the scientific research project is divided into three stages,namely stage,implementation stage and acceptance stage,and combined with the particularity of the stages,form and effective management measures are put forward.It should be pointed out that the real case has certain representativeness of scientific research units,hope that through the analysis of the case,for reference of other scientific research units.This paper first introduces the scientific research institution of project management research selected topic background,points out the shortage of the current science and technology system and the content of the reform,and analysis of the research of domestic and foreign scientific research project management present situation and problems existing in the scientific research project management.Then the relevant concepts and characteristics of the project management,as well as the definition and characteristics of scientific research project,stage division,etc.Then introduce some scientific research institutions is one of the method of scientific research project management status quo and insufficiency,and modification and improvement.Finally in this paper,the new management process for project management role in promoting the scientific research institution and results.
