In the human resources of modern enterprises, incentive compensation has been become an important part. Scientific and reasonable salary mechanism becomes a necessary management method to improve the core enterprises’ competitiveness. There are lots of arguments in real estate enterprises’ salary mechanism because of real estate industry’s feature. With the rapid development in real estate market, setting up an efficient salary mechanism for real estate enterprises has been an urgent problem to be solved.H Company was established in the rapid development in real estate market. Its real estate project in Hainan got a good start. However, there are problems in its internal salary mechanism, such as staffs are dissatisfied with their salary, high staff turnover rate, low efficiency and outstanding staffs got high salary but their efficiency is low. Therefore, H Company is facing internal and external operating pressure in the fierce market competition.This thesis will adopt the method that combines theoretical study with empirical analysis. According to the Two Factor Theory and Equity Theory, the main problems and factors of salary mechanism and equity imbalance in H Company are researched by positivism. Furthermore, the external environment, industry market and internal factor are analyzed in details. Some measures and suggestions for H Company’s salary mechanism will be put forward finally.
