In the knowledge economy era, China’s construction cost consulting business as a typical knowledge-intensive enterprises in recent years, faced with many challenges and obstacles on the road to sustainable development, in order to successfully break through these challenges and obstacles, and achieve in the brutal competition the market will survive, we must establish a harmonious sound knowledge management system.In this paper, according to "ask questions, theoretical support, problem analysis, problem solving" research ideas, firstly, the current development status of project cost consulting firm conducted a cause analysis and summary, found that there are many problems in development of the project cost consulting firm, such as lack of standardized management system, employing mobility, the generally low level of expertise, lack of awareness of enterprises and their employees, these problems seriously hindered the future development of enterprises. Through the analysis pointed out the involvement of knowledge management can effectively alleviate these problems, thus using a questionnaire form for project cost consulting firm to investigate the findings of a comprehensive understanding of the current status of knowledge management systems, noting that the project cost consulting enterprise knowledge management system in operation, organizational knowledge management system, the status quo in three areas of knowledge management information system and shows the main problems, the reasons for these problems and conducted in-depth research and analysis, the main reasons are:① imperfect internal management, both from business leaders or level employees do not have enough understanding of the importance of knowledge management; ② generally low cultural level quality employees, especially for specialized knowledge, but a lack of grasp the overall situation, fine the details of the work attitude; ③ the lack of a complete knowledge management system in harmony and so on. Then based on these reasons, combined with the current people’s misunderstanding of knowledge management, forecasting corporate knowledge management system to optimize the process of difficulties, which made the operation of systems for knowledge management, knowledge management organization systems, knowledge management information system to improve the reliability of specific The proposed measures: First, in the operation of the system linked to strategic objectives in the knowledge management and enterprise knowledge management;, improve and optimize the operation of the process of knowledge management; second, to optimize the organizational structure of the enterprise knowledge management in organizational knowledge management system, not only the establishment of specialized knowledge management team or department, more importantly, carry out a comprehensive knowledge management in the enterprise employees, and full participation, let it become an everyday habit. To strengthen knowledge sharing and exchange of corporate culture, develop appropriate incentives; Third, knowledge management information system not only to strengthen the construction of information systems, and operational systems should also be knowledge management and organizational systems in a harmonious combination together. Finally, the actual case to prove the proposed improvements are feasible and effective.
