Compared with developed countries, the proportion of GDP of the third industry of our country gross domestic product is smaller. after the adjustment of national industrial structure, engineering cost consulting industry in China has been developing rapidly. Engineering cost consultation enterprises is a service-oriented enterprises, knowledge management has important influence on the development of the enterprise, but the study of engineering cost consultation enterprises knowledge management is still inadequate.In this paper, our country existing in the engineering cost consultation enterprises specializing in low degree, business scope is narrow, the traditional business cost engineer practicing scope narrow, ability is not strong.problems are studied by using the theory of knowledge management,, such as the following main conclusions:(1) The engineering cost consultation enterprises in our country is weak overall strength, scale is small, specializing is in low degree, business income growth faster but traditional business fare is low, the business is limited to each construction stage.(2) The quantity surveyors with Hong Kong compared with the qualification management system, the scope of practice needs to expand its scope, practice ability needs to improve.(3) For the convenience of management, engineering cost consultation enterprises business knowledge can be divided into customer knowledge, technical knowledge and project service cost.(4) Knowledge process and the engineering cost consultation project is combined, through the application of knowledge acquisition, knowledge transfer, knowledge flow, the consulting business is completed; Through the knowledge spiral pattern, company finishes the externalization of individual tacit knowledge; By encouraging knowledge exchange, company builds the knowledge base, realizes the knowledge sharing.
