Labor problems rose from the capitalism, and continued to expand in the high-speed development of capitalism. Frequent economic crisis of capitalism and the labor- management strife constantly exposed the flaws of the capitalist system. And the major capitalist countries were lack of effective strategies, thus economic crisis and labor- management strife became progressively worse. In this case, Marx pointed out that the basic contradiction of capitalism is the socialization of production and capitalist private ownership through the investigation. Under the restriction of the basic contradiction, the labor and management contradiction is irreconcilable. Therefore, it is only changed the relations of production by the revolutionary struggle, that is, transitied to a socialist society, that can resolve this contradiction. Under the guidance of this theory, the Soviet Union successfully carried out the revolution to victory.At the beginning of the establishment of CPC, it was lack of clear understanding of Chinese society, the guiding ideology of the scientific revolution and direct experience that we can learn from. The party had no choice but to accept Marx’s theory and the Soviet revolutionary experience. In labor relations, the CPC directly copied the discussion of Marx labor confrontation. But in the actual process of the revolution, the CPC did not have received the desired effect but made itself in trouble. In summing up the experience of the process, the CPC deepened the understanding of the Chinese reality, goals and the character of the revolution. The CPC understood the significant importance of the combination of the basic principles of Marxism and Chinese reality. In the guiding ideology, the CPC gradually gave up the formulation of Marx on irreconcilable contradiction in labor and management, combining with Chinese reality, proposed and improved the "mutual benefit between labor and management" idea creatively. Policies fully arouse the enthusiasm of the various social aspects and played an important role in accelerating the development of productivity.Mutual benefit between labor and management was economic policy in the period of New Democracy and had been used until the socialist transformation achieved. So the labor and management policy’s research both help us to clarify relevant issues in the period of New Democracy and help us to understand the process of sinicization of Marxism and recognize its necessity. On the other hand, researching the policy paves the way for the current China’s economic system. Because the current economic system of "sticking to public ownership as the main body, a variety of ownership common development" in essence contains and develops the thought of "mutual benefit between labor and management ".It is visible that the mutual benefit between labor and management policy still has positive significance.
