Research On The Mutual Validation Of China's Photovoltaic Poverty Alleviation Experience In The Construction Of "One Belt And One Road"

With the proposal of the “Belt and Road” initiative and the continuous deepening of its practice,its development concept and cooperation mechanism have become a new round of growth drivers that stimulate and mobilize the global economic recovery,and have had an important impact on the realization of global economic prosperity and development.The exchange of global experience in poverty reduction cooperation and poverty reduction provides new opportunities and platforms.China's tremendous achievements in poverty reduction and poverty alleviation and accumulated rich experience have brought new thinking and important inspiration to the international poverty reduction program.Under the background of deepening the building of the “Belt and Road” and building a community of human destiny and implementing the UN's sustainable development goals in 2030,the importance and urgency of cooperation in the field of international poverty reduction are further strengthened,and the international experience in poverty reduction Mutual learning will surely become an important international issue.This paper is based on the need to build a green “One Belt and One Road” and promote the establishment of a community of human destiny.Based on the experience of promoting photovoltaic poverty alleviation experience in “One Belt and One Road” countries,we will first carry out the anti-poverty status,characteristics,and opportunities of countries along the “Belt and Road” initiative.analysis.The analysis finds that the economic development level of leading countries is generally low,the number of poor people is outstanding,and poverty reduction is complicated.At the same time,poverty areas are often accompanied by problems such as ecological vulnerability,extensive development methods,and continuous increase in environmental pollution.However,there are generally abundant solar energy resources.The development of energy and power is facing many opportunities.Second,it summarizes China's experiences in PV-related poverty alleviation.After reviewing the practice of photovoltaic poverty alleviation in China,analyzing the attributes and effects of photovoltaic poverty alleviation,and rethinking the concept of photovoltaic poverty alleviation,we have summarized some general experiences in photovoltaic poverty alleviation and provided an experience for the reference ofphotovoltaic poverty alleviation experience.The profile map was combined with the case of photovoltaic poverty alleviation in Linqu County,Shandong Province.Third,we will explain the mutual recognition of PV experience in poverty alleviation.The study believes that mutual recognition is a practical action based on science and usefulness.It is interactive sharing and learning,and interaction emphasizes the integration of complementarity and commonality.And mutual authentication is a measure of the way in which experience is communicated around scientificity and usefulness.The mutual recognition is based on the need to reflect on the existing development experience and on the need to explain the general secretary Xi Jinping's discussion on the mutual recognition of human civilization.Further,the article elaborated and demonstrated the connotation of China's development experience,poverty reduction experience,and the mutual recognition of PV experience in poverty alleviation,and clarified the connotation and significance of PV poverty alleviation experience in poverty reduction cooperation among countries along the "One Belt and One Road."
