The Research Of Environmental Regulation, Upgrading Of Industrial Structure And Economic Growth In Guangdong

Guangdong’s environment paid a heavy price with rapid economic growth: serious environmental pollution, ecological deterioration fragile, resources severely depleted; Meanwhile, the issue of its industrial structure are endless : three irrational industrial structure, high pollution, high energy consumption, high input and low output- intensive industry. Environmental and industrial structure has begun to seriously restrict the sustainable development of the economy. Sustainable economic growth is a problem in any one place that are more concerned about, then what should be done in order to promote sustainable economic development and break through the bottleneck restricting? Therefore, this article will study the influence of environmental regulation, optimization and upgrading of industrial structure on sustainable economic growth in Guangdong.Firstly, the paper sort out relevant research literatures at home and abroad and defined related concepts; Secondly, it introduces the mechanism of environmental regulation, industrial structure and economic growth; Thirdly, this article focuses on conducting comparative analysis the status quo of environmental pollution, environmental regulation, industrial structure and economic growth in Guangdong province; Finally, this article conduct empirical analysis. This article obtain the following conclusions: First, Environmental regulation through the optimization and upgrading of industr ial structure and promote economic growth positive; Second, the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure will positively promote economic growth; at last the paper put forward the corresponding policy recommendations.There are two main innovation of this paper: First, the innovation of research perspective. This paper combined environmental regulation, upgrading of industrial structure a nd economic growth to study a single province of Guangdong, which is an innovation. Second, the method of computing is also an innovation. This paper use’’ aspect to ’pull the grade Law " measuring environmental regulation dynamicly is an innovation of the method of computing.
