In recent years, with the development of cultural tourism heat warming, the diet culture tourism as an important part of cultural tourism, is becoming the focus of attention. For an important topic to study the value of tourism has gradually become a diet of tourism research. In 2014, Quanzhou was elected for East Asian culture city.Quanzhou cultural tourism is rapidly warming and raising the upsurge of cultural tourism. Quanzhou snacks, as an important part of culture tourism resources in Quanzhou, both the consumption experience, and cultural connotation, have great potential for tourism and value. The value of tourism is on the effects of tourism activities, and to study the phenomenon and the essence of tourism has important significance. Therefore, researching on the tourism value of Quanzhou snacks, helping to guide the development, promotion of Quanzhou diet culture tourism value, and then making the diet culture brand, is conducive to the expansion of the city’s influence, visibility, but also to shape the overall image of the city.In this paper, the full absorption based on learning from previous related research, the integrated use of the combination of theory and practice, analysis and synthesis of research methods, from the current situation of Quanzhou diet culture history and development, taking Quanzhou snacks as the research object, multi angle of discussing Quanzhou snacks and its tourism value, building the tourism value of Quanzhou snacks model, and through the questionnaire survey to verifing the model. In this paper, the main research work includes: Based on literature research, combing the diet culture, diet culture tourism concept, characteristics and function; elaborates the Quanzhou diet culture development status, advantages and problems, and taking Quanzhou snacks as the research object, elaborates tourism value of Quanzhou snacks, using strategic management tool SWOT analysis of Quanzhou snacks tourism; and then, constructs the tourism value of Quanzhou snacks model, through the questionnaire survey, verifies the tourism value of Quanzhou snacks model. The main conclusions of this paper are: Quanzhou snacks core value system is formed by sensory value, nutritional value and historical and cultural value. They are core factors that influence Quanzhou snacks tourism value and tourism experience. At the same time, Quanzhou snack service level and quality of infrastructure are the auxiliary factors in Quanzhou snacks tourism value. Based on the conclusions of this study put forward recommendations to promote the tourism value of Quanzhou snacks.
