Empirical Study On The Critical Success Factors Of Quanzhou SME ERP Implementation

SME in our country’s economic development has become an irreplaceable part.However, with the rapid development of information technology, our economic andsocial life is greatly affected, the ever-changing market, the ever-shortening productlife cycles, increasingly fierce competition in the international market, the survivaland development of SMEs face many of the competitive pressures. Therefore, SMEsmust also go an information technology to stimulate the development of the road.Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation has become the current choiceof SMEs, but SMEs scarce talent, skill shortages, poorly managed and lack ofexperience with the implementation process determines the status of a lot ofdifficulties, to help its successful implementation of ERP becomes extremelyimportant.SMEs ERP implementation success is to identify the key factors that affect itssuccessful implementation, this study focuses on the successful implementation ofERP key factors. In research methods, this study improves the traditional factorsinstitute for applied regression analysis, factor analysis and correlation analysis, basedon this innovative use of a structural equation analysis. Structural equation analysisneglected to put the former measurement error into account, while also examines theinterplay between various factors, to solve the former could not do the responsiblefactor structure.This paper uses structural equation model testingit reveals the mechanism thatLeaders factors, business process reengineering, excellent project management,education and training, external professional support, capital investment, and softwareselection seven key influencing factors affect ERP implementation． Finally based on the research results, this paper proposes the countermeasureswhich promoting the knowledge transfer effect of business transformation of theenterprise.
